Efficient Vacuum Conveyor for Powder Product Conveying

Description

Vacuum conveyor uses vortex air pump/Roots fan to pump air, make the inlet of the suction nozzle and the entire system in a certain vacuum state, then the powder and granular materials will be sucked into the nozzle along with the outside air to form a flow of material, and pass through the suction pipe to the hopper, finally separate gas and material in the hopper. The separated materials enter the receiving equipment. Feeding-discharging is completed by continuously opening and closing the pneumatic three-way valve/scroll cylinder, and the opening and closing of the pneumatic three-way valve/scroll cylinder is controlled by the power control box.
