وصف المنتج
Efficient material handling starts with clean, reliable feeding and dust-free conveying. Our Feeding and Vacuum Conveying Series integrates dust-free feeding stations, bulk bag discharging stations, and vacuum conveying systems to create a closed, safe, and automated powder and granular material transfer solution. From manual small-bag dumping to bulk bag unloading and long-distance vacuum transport, this series covers the complete front-end material intake and in-plant conveying process.
Engineered for industries where hygiene, dust control, and operator safety are critical — including food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and battery material manufacturing — these systems minimize product loss, prevent cross-contamination, and help you meet stringent GMP and occupational health standards.
Core Products in This Series
- Dust-Free Feeding Station – For manual emptying of small bags, sacks, or drums with integrated dust extraction.
- Bulk Bag Discharging Station – Ergonomic and sealed unloading of FIBCs (super sacks, ton bags), with optional batching and conveying integration.
- Vacuum Conveyor – Closed, negative-pressure pneumatic conveying for powders and granules over short to medium distances.
Each unit can function independently or link together to form a seamless, end-to-end material intake and conveying line.
مبدأ العمل
Dust-Free Feeding Station
The operator places a bag on the support grid or tray, opens it, and pours material through a screened inlet. A built-in fan and filter cartridge system creates negative pressure inside the hopper, capturing airborne dust onto the filter surface. The clean material passes through a sieve (optional) into a downstream hopper, IBC, or directly into a vacuum conveyor inlet. A reverse-pulse jet cleaning system periodically removes accumulated dust from the filters, maintaining continuous suction efficiency.
Bulk Bag Discharging Station
Bulk bags are lifted by electric hoist or forklift onto a frame above a sealed discharge chute. Once the bag outlet spout is securely clamped to the docking system and the iris valve (or manual discharge valve) is opened, material flows into a surge hopper. Massaging paddles or vibratory activators aid flow for cohesive or bridging materials. The entire operation is performed in a closed environment, and the outlet can connect directly to a vacuum conveyor, screw feeder, or process vessel.
Vacuum Conveying
A vacuum pump (side-channel, roots, or venturi-type) generates negative pressure inside a separator vessel. Material is drawn from the feed point — such as the outlet of a dust-free station or a bulk bag unloader — through a suction lance or pickup adapter into the conveying pipeline. Inside the separator, the airflow velocity drops, and material falls into the receiving hopper while fine particles are retained by a filter. At the end of the cycle, the discharge valve opens to release the batch, and the pump stops or the filter is cleaned by a short air pulse, ready for the next cycle.
ميزات الآلة
- True Dust-Free Operation
A fully enclosed design with high-efficiency filtration protects operators, prevents product loss, and keeps the workspace clean.
- Modular & Flexible Integration
Feed stations, bulk bag unloaders, and vacuum conveyors easily couple together. Choose from various discharge interfaces: rotary valve, butterfly valve, screw feeder, or direct connection to a reactor, mixer, or packaging machine.
- Gentle Material Handling
Low conveying velocity and optimized pipe routing minimize particle attrition and segregation, preserving product quality — critical for granulated foods, instant powders, and friable ingredients.
