Warranty
Standard Warranty: 12 months from the date of shipment
Scope: The complete feeder unit, including weighing sensor, controller, gear motor, and mechanical components. (Excluding wear parts such as seals and stirring elements under normal use.)
Worldwide Coverage: Warranty terms apply globally. In case of verified manufacturing defects, we provide free replacement parts and remote diagnostic support.

Fast Dispatch: Critical spare parts (load cells, motors) kept in stock at our central warehouse.
